Have an employee party once a month to show appreciation for your workers! Extend lunch to 2 hours on the last Friday of every month. Provide lunch and snacks and have some fun music playing. This would create a layed back atmosphere allowing workers to interact on a more personal, friendly level. It would be something they could look forward to=)
Ask the employees to vote on which one of them was the most helpful this month/week and give them a day off with pay.
